  tracking details.
• Please ensure that all contact details and shipping information are entered correctly when placing your order.
• If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support team within 24 hours to request a correction.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Economy shipping is available across all shipping zones.
• Estimated delivery times already include order handling and processing time.
• Actual delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Restricted Shipping Destinations

For the safety of our customers and to ensure reliable delivery, we do not ship to regions currently affected by armed conflict or severe instability. Shipping services are unavailable to the following destinations:

• Ukraine
• Palestine & Gaza / Israel (conflict-affected areas)
• Myanmar
• Sudan
• Democratic Republic of the Congo (eastern regions including North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri)
• North Korea
• Syria
• Yemen

We continually monitor global conditions and may update this list as situations change. If an order is placed with a shipping address in any of the restricted regions above, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

If an order has more than two products, the company will cover 30% of the extra shipping cost for economy orders.
