Refund and Return Policy

At Spiffy Meds, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If something doesn’t go as planned, our return and refund process is designed to be fair and simple. Please read the following carefully:

1. Size Problems

  • If there is a size issue, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • If the wrong size was selected by the customer during checkout, returns are possible only if the customer pays a 50% restocking fee.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with clear photos within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will work with you to replace the product or issue a refund.

3. Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order within 24–48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel after 48 hours but before shipping, a 25%–50% deduction will apply depending on the processing stage.
  • Once an order has been shipped or has reached customs, it cannot be canceled.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Custom Orders cannot be returned or refunded.
